The PrimeTime Sports Management Conference & Trade Show takes place at the The Westin Harbour Castle in downtown Toronto (1 Harbour Square, M5J 1A6).
A preferred conference rate is offered at the The Westin Harbour Castle for registered attendees. Booking details are available on our website under the Conference page for the applicable year. Please note that the discounted rate is subject to availability and generally closes about one month before the event.
The Westin Harbour Castle is centrally located in downtown Toronto and is easily accessible by public transit, rideshare, or car. It is conveniently situated along the waterfront and within close proximity to major transit routes.
Parking is available at the hotel for a fee, with additional parking options located nearby in the surrounding area.
Attendee check-in takes place at the conference registration area within the hotel. Signage and staff will be available to assist upon arrival.
Continental breakfast, a full-service plated lunch, and evening light refreshments are provided throughout the conference for registered attendees.
We accommodate the most common dietary restrictions in our menu selection, but please notify our team in advance of the event, or on your registration form, if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, so that we can do our best to accommodate.
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available within the conference areas of the venue.
The venue is fully accessible and equipped to accommodate guests with accessibility needs. If you have any specific accessibility requirements, we encourage you to indicate them during registration so our team can plan accordingly and ensure a comfortable experience.
