The 18th Annual PrimeTime Sports Management Conference & Trade Show Presented by MLSE will take place from Sunday, November 2, until Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at The Westin Harbour Castle Hotel in Toronto.

We are pleased to share that anyone who registers for the 2025 Sports Management Conference & Trade Show Presented by MLSE prior to September 24, 2025 will be entered into a draw to win a ticket to the Leafs-Penguins game on Monday, November 3 at 7:30 PM in the PrimeTime Suite at Scotiabank Arena, accompanied by catered food and beverage.
In addition, anyone who registers for both days of the Conference at any time, will be entered into a draw to win a pair of tickets to watch the Toronto Raptors host the Milwaukee Bucks on Tuesday, November 4 at 7:30 PM at Scotiabank Arena.
The PrimeTime Sports Welcome Reception will take place on Sunday, November 2, 2025, from 6:30 pm – 9:00 pm at the Westin Harbour Castle Hotel in Toronto to kick off the 18th Annual PrimeTime Sports Management Conference & Trade Show Presented by MLSE.
All Speakers, Sponsors, Trade Show Exhibitors, Media, and Delegates are invited to attend the PrimeTime Sports Welcome Reception. Additional tickets for the reception may be purchased by guests not attending the Conference. Refreshments will be served.

The Case Competition marks the start of the conference and will take place between 10:00 am and 6:30 pm on Sunday November 2nd, 2025.
