President of Business Operations, Oilers Entertainment Group
Tom Anselmi has worked in many impressive roles in the sports industry throughout his career including: Vice President, General Manager of Arena Operations with the Canucks Sports & Entertainment in Vancouver, and while working for MLSE was responsible for the development of Toronto’s Air Canada Centre (now called the Scotiabank Arena). Tom spent 17 years with MLSE and became President of the company in 2012. A few years later, Tom’s career transitioned to the NHL where he became President and CEO of Ottawa Senators and later moved on to become President, Business Operations and COO of the Edmonton Oilers Hockey Club and Oilers Entertainment Group (OEG). In 2021, Tom transitioned to his current role, Vice Chair and Alternate Governor with OEG.
