Over the course of his career, Randal “Randy” Hendricks has been ranked near the top of both Baseball America and the Sporting News’ lists of Power Brokers in sports, and has been named Baseball America’s Top Agent. Under his leadership and guidance, HSM has been one the longest lasting and most successful baseball agencies to ever represent baseball players. Hendricks is a veteran of many record setting contracts, labor negotiations and other important matters in the baseball industry. He holds the best lifetime winning percentage in salary arbitration and collusion cases. He has argued over 60 such cases. Hendricks holds the position of President of Hendricks Sports Management, as well is a Certified Player Agent with the MLB.
