Janet Marie Smith has served as the Senior Vice President of Planning & Development of the Los Angeles Dodgers since 2012. In this role, Smith oversees the development of and upgrades to Dodger Stadium. Smith has worked for several major sports franchises in her career including the Baltimore Orioles, the Boston Red Sox, and the Atlanta Braves. In the baseball world, Smith is best known for her work in the design and construction of Camden Yards in Baltimore, which became the standard-bearer in the new wave of traditional baseball parks.
