Dr. Nyaka Niilampti is the Director of Player Wellness for the National Football League Players Association. An athlete in college, Dr. Niilampti focused her thesis on the psychological impact sport can have on women. Niilampti has co-authored a book called “The Career Game Plan: Preparing Student Athletes to Compete and Win in the World of Work”.
