Don has held the Executive Director position with the NHLPA since 2010. Prior to this, Don was the Executive Director for the Major League Baseball Players Association (MLBPA). He has brought similar goals to the NHLPA from the MLBPA such as keeping the players involved and informed on all important issues. He was with the MLBPA for over 30 years
