David Proper

David Proper has held the role of Executive VP, Media and International Strategy with the NHL since 2011. Prior, he was Vice President of Programming with Time Warner Cable and before that, Senior Media Counsel with the National Football League. His legal background has proved useful in media and growing the business of hockey internationally. He has been integral to the development of the NHL’s Global Series and growth in the Chinese market.
