Vice President Sales & Service – Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment (MLSE)
Tom Pistore has acted as the Vice President Sales and Service at MLSE since 2013, where he oversees one of the largest sports and entertainment revenue portfolios in North America while managing the ticketing departments of the Toronto Maple Leafs (NHL), Toronto Raptors (NBA) and Toronto Marlies (AHL). Pistore is also responsible for pricing, analytics, product development, promotion and customer relationship marketing. He has been involved in the sports and entertainment industry for over eighteen years and has primarily focused on premium sales, service and development. Prior to becoming Vice President of Sales and Service at MLSE, he was the Senior Director of Ticket Sales, a position he held for three years. Pistore has previously held positions with Tennis Canada and the Toronto Raptors. He was also heavily involved in corporate sponsorship; particularly in the naming rights deal for the BMO Field Title, the Toronto FC Title and the MasterCard Centre.
